Many organizations talk about a hybrid work model once the Covid pandemic subsides and people can return safely to the office. But what exactly are they talking about? In fact, many companies use the term hybrid leadership to describe a simply more flexible work arrangement, for example two days in the office, three from home / remotely. But that is not a hybrid organization. As long as an organization does not include a certain percentage of fully remote employees working from anywhere, we cannot really talk about hybrid leadership. How many people should organizations have working truly from anywhere to be able to call themselves a hybrid organization? And what are the challenges of this new model of work?
